1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the ZetCare website (zetcare.com) or contacting us through any channel (phone, WhatsApp, contact form), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. About ZetCare
ZetCare is a caregiver matching platform that facilitates introductions between families seeking home care and qualified, verified caregivers. ZetCare acts as an intermediary — we do not employ caregivers directly. The care arrangement is between the family and the caregiver.
3. Services Provided
ZetCare provides:
- Verification of caregiver identity and credentials
- Matching families with suitable caregivers based on their requirements
- Facilitation of introductions between families and caregivers
- Ongoing support and replacement assistance
ZetCare does NOT provide medical services. Our caregivers assist with personal care and skilled nursing tasks. For medical emergencies, always contact emergency services or a licensed physician.
4. Caregiver Verification
While ZetCare makes reasonable efforts to verify caregiver credentials (Aadhaar, PAN, certificates), we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of all information provided by caregivers. Families are encouraged to conduct their own assessment when meeting caregivers before commencement of service.
5. Responsibilities of Families
Families agree to:
- Provide accurate information about care requirements
- Treat caregivers with respect and dignity
- Maintain a safe working environment for caregivers
- Agree on remuneration and terms directly with the caregiver
- Notify ZetCare promptly if any concerns arise
6. Responsibilities of Caregivers
Caregivers agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Not misrepresent qualifications or experience
- Notify ZetCare of any issues with a placement promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of family and patient information
7. Fees and Payment
ZetCare may charge a platform fee or referral fee for successful caregiver placements. Fee structure will be communicated clearly before any charge is made. Caregiver remuneration (salary, daily rate) is agreed directly between families and caregivers. ZetCare does not handle payment between families and caregivers unless explicitly arranged.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- ZetCare is not liable for the conduct of caregivers after placement
- ZetCare is not liable for any medical decisions made by caregivers or families
- ZetCare is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from the caregiver-family arrangement
- Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the platform fee paid for the specific placement in question
9. Replacement Policy
ZetCare will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement caregiver if a family is dissatisfied or if a caregiver is unable to continue. Replacement is subject to caregiver availability in the relevant city and is provided as a goodwill gesture, not a contractual guarantee.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use ZetCare's platform to:
- Provide false information about yourself, the patient, or care requirements
- Engage in any form of harassment toward caregivers or ZetCare staff
- Circumvent ZetCare's introduction process to avoid platform fees after using our services
- Poach caregivers for other platforms or services
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
